Holiday Gift Guide
Want to know something about me? I LOVE gift guides. I know what you’re thinking… “But Megan, most gift guides are simply curations of already bestselling items on Amazon so that influencers can make an easy commission.” Why yes, yes, they are. But as predictable as they are, I will still click. It’s unavoidable. And after seeing a hundred lists with the same things (hello, Stanley cups, AirPods, Nespresso Machines, and Anthro initial mugs… what a surprise to see you here!) I decided to make my own. But let me be real with you: this list was not researched and well thought out… it’s simply a curation of items I already had saved to a Pinterest board or Instagram folder (and a few vintage pieces thrown in, of course!). I figured an honest look into my saves may be more insightful into something a person wants? Or maybe not and this will fall into the world of every other gift guide. Without further delay, let’s find out and read on below!!
A quality, timeless sweater in their signature color. Like the Emile Cardigan.
A cozy oversized sweatshirt they can lounge around the house in but still feel cute… because art, right?
A piece of jewelry that reminds you of them. In this case, some supple golden faces that feel whimsical, artsy, but still natural and simple.
A fancy, French body lotion they’d likely never buy for themselves but may start after they receive it as a gift from you.
A vintage throw pillow that goes with their space and is one of a kind just like them.
A cup for the friend you’ll catch quoting things like, “Mom, I am a rich man.” Let me be clear, no one should spend this amount of money on a cup. It’s madness. It’s from my Pinterest board, ok? The place where ideas for recipes, dreams, and DIYs go to die.
A timeless shoe, but GREEN!
Function meets fish. For the pal who can spot a trend coming from an ocean away.
A personalized stationary kit for the nostalgic one in the group. Like these Matilda Goad note cards.
The shoes I really want to wear everyday, but settle for plain, boring ones instead. Make your wanderlust, hippie soul sister’s day with these!
A subscription to a magazine you know they’ll love. Like this one from across the pond.
A playful art print that speaks to their heart. Lucy Mahon is a wiz in this category.
Taper candles for the lad who sure knows how to romanticize everyday moments.
A pair of handmade ceramic mugs (bonus points for adding a bag of beans from their favorite coffee shop).
A gift card to a local nail salon so they can feel so fresh and so clean clean.
